Apex Championship

STARTING WEDNESDAY 5TH MARCH!

Here at Apex Race Rooms, the ultimate destination for racing. We are kicking the year off with another championship. Join our new Apex Championship and put your skills to the test on our advanced simulators. With 7 races and a chance to win a voucher (as a percentage of entry fees) or a £300 Apex Voucher. Prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. You don't want to miss out on this one! Read on to find out more about the championship, how to enter, and when it starts!

How do I enter?

To enter the championship all you need to do is purchase an entry slot which can be found here. You will then need to set a qualifying time (at Silverstone National) this is included in your entry fee. If you are an Apex Club member, entry will be free. All you need to do is drop us a message and you'll be entered at no extra cost!

What is the race format?

There will be 7 events in total. 1 Hour and 20 minutes Sim time in total, for each event. Your worst 2 results will be ignored, therefore if you are unable to make two of the races, you will still be in with a chance of the prize voucher of your choice.

 

Races 1 - 6 will have the following format:

  • Practice - 20 minutes

  • Qualifying - 20 minutes

  • Race - Two 20 minute races.

 

With race 7 being an endurance style, this will have one longer single race. This race will also earn you double points. The race format is as seen below:

  • Practice - 20 minutes

  • Qualifying - 20 minutes

  • Race - One 40 minute race.

How much will it cost?

Entry Fee will cost £30 for non members and free for members. Entry Fee can be purchased here. Each race event will be the same as our standard sessions. Although, you will get 1 hour and 20 minutes of racing as opposed to 45 minutes. Apex members will be able to apply their 25% discount to each race event.
